A company specializing in water delivery services located in Singapore is looking for a dedicated individual to manage customer inquiries, assist with orders, and handle clerical duties. The role involves responding to calls and emails, arranging deliveries, and executing data entry and filing. Work hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday, 8:30 AM to 1 PM. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Attend and reply to customer enquiries and emails.
  • Handle incoming calls and delivery arrangements.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
  • Complete other clerical duties as assigned.

  • Accept other clerical duties as informed by Supervisor.

Working hours : Mon to Fri : 8.30am to 5pm ; Sat : 8.30am to 1pm
