About the role

Re-Plan Pte. Ltd. is seeking a diligent and organised Admin Assistant (Logistics & Paperwork) to join our North‑East Region team. In this full‑time role, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations, ensuring efficient management of logistics and paperwork.

What you’ll be doing
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Prepare and process a variety of documents, including shipping documents
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials to be export.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as required
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
