Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented professional for attendance verification and timesheet management. Responsibilities include verifying biometric attendance, cross-checking overtime claims, and maintaining records for payroll processing. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in a relevant field and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Prior experience with attendance systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Verify daily biometric attendance records.
  • Cross check overtime claims with attendance records and CCTV footage.
  • Maintain organized records for audit and payroll processing.
  • Monitor compliance with workplace policies via CCTV.
  • Generate and analyze accurate attendance reporting.
  • Generate timely and accurate reports.
  • Support investigations related to attendance.
  • Report violations to HR for further escalation.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualification & Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource
  • Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in attendance verification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping systems and CCTV monitoring tools will be an added advantage.

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple verification tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Attendance & Timesheet Management
  • Verify daily biometric daily attendance record.
  • Cross checking overtime claims with the actual attendance record, the approved overtime (O.T) projection list and via the CCTV footage.
  • Maintain organized records of attendance and O.T verification for audit and payroll processing.
  • Monitor staff work behavior and compliance with workplace policies via CCTV surveillance.
  • Identify discrepancies, raise queries and investigate irregular patterns or potential violations in attendance and overtime records.
  • Generate and analyze timely and accurate reporting.
  • Support investigations related to attendance, time theft and/misconduct.
  • Report inconsistency/violation to the Assistant Manager – HR and Senior Manager – HR for further discussion before escalating the findings to the senior management as needed for further review and action.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as required from time to time.
