Responsibilities

  • Maintain a record on fixed asset and update regularly.
  • Record incoming/outgoing mails daily.
  • Keep record of movement of keys daily.
  • Typing, Filing and Printing.
  • Issue car discs/facility passes.
  • Record complaints and re-direct to the attention of Condominium Manager.
  • Purchase stamps/stationeries/refreshments as required.
  • Maintaining leave records for site office staff.
  • Oversee bookings of recreational facilities.
  • Collection of cheques for the maintenance charges, booking fees and other incomes and record.
  • Put up notices in notice boards.
  • Maintaining petty cash.
  • To carry any other duties as and when required by the Management.
