About the role
We are looking for a full-time Admin Assistant to join our team in Sin Ming area, proving essential administrative support.
What you'll be doing
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, managing emails
- Process sales orders and invoicing
- Attending to customers
- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases
- Assist with the preparation of reports and other documents
- Perform other administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
- Singaporean / Permanent Resident
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Able to communicate in English
- 5 day work week but able to work on Saturday
- A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
- Good Team work
- Training will be provided
