This role reports to our outsourced finance team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job scope includes but is not limited to:
- Managing incoming and outgoing letters
- Serving as the representative for accounting and finance queries within the office
- Liaising with HQ and the Accounts Department
- Preparation of accounting information (training will be provided)
- Assisting in coordinating meetings and calling for quotations
- General office administration duties (e.g., filing)
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the line manager and/or management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential
Strong communication skills are required.
