Qualifications

• Experience in improving finance processes and controls, and driving automation or system improvement is a plus.
• Singaporean only due to quota restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of accounts and data entries into the accounting system.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Manage payroll administration and e-submission of monthly CPF.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Maintaining full set of accounts including all data entries into the accounting system, Admin & HR
• Monitoring of cash flow and preparation of monthly financial reports
• E-submission of quarterly GST returns
• Liaise with banker, company corporate secretary, external auditor on audit & tax matters
• Payment processing include foreign currencies
• Payroll administration for Mid & End of the month
• E-submission of monthly CPF
• Liaise with insurance agent (for staff, company vehicles and projects)
• Oversee insurance & road tax renewal for the company vehicles
• In-charge of survey forms conduct under the Statistics Act
• Other ad-hoc duties as per instructed by the directors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant finance/accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, statutory requirements in Singapore and financial reporting.
• High attention to detail, integrity, ability to work under deadlines and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting software is a plus
• Experience in improving finance processes and controls, and driving automation or system improvement is a plus.
• Singaporean only (Due to quota restriction)

Working hours: Mondays - Fridays, 8.30am - 5.30pm
