Position: Admin Assistant

Company: IT Solutions for Converged Networking Infrastructures & Systems Integration
Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial
Working Days: 5.5 Days Work Week

  • Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

  • Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
    Salary: $2,400 – $2,800

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle general administrative duties and daily office support
  • Perform data entry for stock movement and inventory records
  • Prepare invoices, delivery orders and other supporting documents
  • Coordinate with warehouse, sales and technical teams on stock and delivery matters
  • Maintain organised filing and documentation systems
  • Answer phone calls, handle email enquiries and provide customer service support
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements
  • O Level / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of admin experience (experience in IT / inventory admin is an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
  • Able to handle data entry accurately
