Job description
Key responsibilities:
  • Prepare technical and commercial quotations for ACMV projects (design & build / supply & install).
  • Interpret tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • Perform costing, value engineering, and margin analysis.
  • Propose suitable ACMV solutions based on client requirements and budget.
  • Support sales discussions and technical clarifications with clients.
Sales and Quotation Support
  • Prepare technical and commercial quotations for ACMV projects (design & build / supply & install).
  • Interpret tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • Perform costing, value engineering, and margin analysis.
  • Propose suitable ACMV solutions based on client requirements and budget.
  • Support sales discussions and technical clarifications with clients.
Project Management:
  • Manage ACMV projects from award to completion, including:
  • Design coordination
  • Procurement
  • Installation
  • Testing & commissioning
  • Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and site teams.
  • Prepare and track project schedules, work progress, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and claims.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and safety requirements.
Supplier and Subcontractor Management:
  • Source, evaluate, and liaise with ACMV suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Request and compare quotations from vendors.
  • Maintain long-term relationships to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
  • Manage purchase orders, material approvals, and delivery schedules.
Technical Coordination and Documentation:
  • Review and prepare:
  • Shop drawings
  • Method statements
  • Technical submissions
  • As-built drawings
  • Coordinate with M&E teams and other trades to resolve clashes.
  • Attend technical meetings, site meetings, and inspections
Client and Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients on technical and project matters.
  • Handle RFIs, variation orders, and progress updates.
  • Maintain professional relationships to support repeat business.
Requirement/ Qualification and Education:
  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent.
Experience:
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in ACMV engineering. (

  • Familiarity with Singapore ACMV practices (BCA, SS, NEA guidelines preferred).
Technical Skills:

  • Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and project documentation tools.
