Responsibilities

• Full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions.
• Responsible for keeping track of all documents for processing.
• Accurate and timely recording of AP invoices.
• Process payment for Suppliers within credit term granted.
• Investigating and resolving Suppliers outstanding matters.
• Perform monthly Supplier statement of accounts reconciliation.
• Assist on ad-hoc / administrative tasks as required.
