Job summary

A financial solutions provider in Singapore is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage supplier invoices and related processes. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Accounting and experience in Accounts Payable and Inventory Management. Familiarity with GST regulations and the SAP system is preferable. Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable and Inventory Management.
• Good knowledge of GST Act and Financial Reporting Standards.
• Additional knowledge of SAP Accounting System is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coding of Supplier’s invoices.
• Inputting entries into SAP system.
• Reconciling vendor’s SOA.
• Issuing Non-Trade Debit Notes.
• Creating SAP P/O.
• Processing Trade Invoices.
• Manual posting of Goods Receipt.
• Manual posting of Goods Issued.
