Job summary

A private venture capital firm is seeking an experienced accounting cum HR executive in Singapore. Responsibilities include basic accounting, payroll, onboarding, and administrative support. The ideal candidate must have prior accounting experience and a minimum Diploma. This is a part-time position requiring 4 hours a day for 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in accounting function is a must.
• Singaporeans only.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping.
• Handle basic HR functions such as payroll and onboarding for up to 10 regional remote employees.
• Provide administrative support to the director.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Our client is a private venture capital firm and due to expansion, they are seeking an experienced accounting cum HR executive to support the business operations. Ideal candidate will be one who does basic accounting and HR functions, in addition to providing administrative support to the director.

Responsibilities

• Basic accounting and book keeping knowledge
• Basic HR functions such as payroll and new employee onboarding to about 10 regional remote employees
• Provide administrative support to the director
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Additional Information

• This is a part-time position (4 hours a day x 5 days a week)
