A leading purveyor of specialist epicurean foods in Singapore seeks an Accounts Executive to support accounting matters for supermarkets and online grocers. Candidates should have a Higher NITEC or equivalent in Accounting and at least three years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with certifications are welcome to apply. The role includes maintaining invoices, processing receipts, and preparing financial reports. A permanent part-time option (4-day workweek) can be considered.

The role of the Accounts Exeutive is to support relevant accounting matters relating Supermarkets and Online Grocers.
Maintain and organize electronic filing of invoices.
Record and key in official receipts.
Process and record invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Track, reconcile, and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
Accrue expenses and prepare necessary journal entries.
Follow up on customer payments.
Assist in preparing financial and management reports.
Support other relevant accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Participate in departmental and company-wide activities (e.g., stock take).
Minimum Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification in Accounting, or at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
Fresh graduates with Accounting-related certifications (e.g., Higher NITEC, Diploma) are welcome to apply.
Permanent part-time (4-day workweek) can be considered.
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in work.
Good communication and analytical skills.
