A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional to handle the full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial reports. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience and a diploma in accounting. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of MYOB software is an advantage. The position offers a salary range of $2,700 to $3,500.
Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL)
Prepare monthly financial reports
Prepare quarterly GSTsubmissions
Perform checking on invoices/claims or any other expenses related documents
Prepare payments related document
Stock record maintenance and report preparation
Handle administrative task
Assist with HR matters
Assist with Purchase matters
Assist with handling call enquires
Liaise with operations, customers, suppliers, tax agent & bankers
Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Candidate must possess at leastLCCI/ CAT/ Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
Required language(s):English
At least 1Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel)
MYOB software knowledge would be advantage
Willing to learn
Strong sense of responsibility, mature, self - motivated, proactive, attention to details, meticulous and work independently
Can start work in short notice
