Responsibilities
  • Transaction Processing: Entering financial data, processing invoices, purchase orders, and receipts, and managing payments.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining and updating ledgers, financial databases, and filing systems.
  • Reconciliation: Balancing bank statements with general ledgers and resolving discrepancies.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Handling vendor invoices, client billing, and following up on delinquent accounts.
  • Reporting: Preparing summaries, internal reports, and assisting with month-end closing activities.
  • Support: Liaising with other departments, assisting with audits, and performing general clerical duties.
Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good numerical and organizational skills. Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets. Integrity and strong communication.

  • Accuracy in accounting
  • Knowledge of business‑level English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to foster and maintain business and client relationships
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office
  • Physical ability to access filing storage and carry up to 25 pounds
