Job Description: Accounts Executive

Due to company expansion, our company is looking for an Accounts Executive to handle all aspects of financial accounting matters including full sets of accounts and day to day running of the financial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly audit schedules and financial reports on a monthly basis
  • Preparation of GST quarterly submission
  • Preparation of ageing report and assist to follow up with customers on all outstanding payments
  • Preparing monthly creditors’ reconciliation reports for creditors’ statements, and monthly creditors’ aging reports
  • Liaise with company secretary, tax agent, internal and external auditors to ensure timely statutory reporting
  • Assisting in inventory count observation and control
  • Knowledge in ABSS (MYOB) or Clinic Assist system will be advantageous
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor and management

Qualification Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy Studies
  • Highly analytical, self-motivated, meticulous, and process-driven
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • At least 3 to 5 Year(s) of working experience
