Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support
  • Support accounts related tasks, including:
    • Processing invoices
    • Data entry for expenses, payments, and receipts
    • Liaising with vendors on billing and payment matters
    • Assisting with basic accounts reconciliation and record-keeping
  • Handle daily correspondence and documentation.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative materials.
  • Support outlet operations, marketing activities, and ad-hoc duties when required.
