Accounts Assistant (Credit)

🚗 Industry: Automotive, Financing

📍 Location: Newton

💰 Salary: $2300 - $2700 + Bonus (Up to 2mths) + Flexi $800 per year

⏰ Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Scope:
  • Support Credit team in basic audit and credit functions such as client monitoring, reviews and follow up.
  • Review clients’ accounts receivable, invoices, and financial records to verify authenticity and accuracy.
  • Assess clients’ financial position and internal controls to identify irregularities or early warning signals.
  • Prepare clear and concise audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations.
  • Ensure adherence to internal audit standards and contribute to continuous process improvement
  • 10% travel to client sites to conduct audit / credit reviews.
  • Any other additional duties as assigned by management.
