Your responsibilities include checking invoices, processing intercompany invoices, retrieving documents for audits, and assisting with receivables. Candidates should have a diploma and relevant accounting experience, including SAP, AR, and AP. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting required.
  • At least 1 year of experience using SAP software.
  • 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable is a must.
  • 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Check invoices for order accuracy before processing.
  • Process monthly intercompany and vendor invoices.
  • Retrieve documents for audits and reporting.
  • Assist with receivables communication and liaising.
  • Prepare various reports and assist in system testing.
