Job summary

A leading seafood distributor in Singapore is seeking an Accounts and Administration Executive. This role involves managing full set of accounts, preparing GST returns, and supporting financial reporting on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate should have an ITE Nitec equivalent in Accounting, be detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines. Training will be provided. This role is suitable for Singaporean/PR candidates only.

Qualifications

  • Independent and detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of Singapore GST, CPF, and corporate tax procedures.
  • No experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, Bank Reconciliation).
  • Prepare and submit GST returns.
  • Assist in tax computation and liaise with auditors.

About Us

Sanrei Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is engaged in the import, distribution, and retail of Japanese frozen seafood and food products in Singapore. We operate retail food kiosks and manage wholesale and export activities within the Asia Pacific region.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accounts and Administration Executive to manage our company’s accounting functions on a part‑time hybrid basis.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, Bank Reconciliation)
  • Prepare and submit GST returns and ensure compliance with IRAS requirements
  • Assist in tax computation and liaise with auditors and corporate secretary when required
  • Perform monthly financial closing and prepare management reports
  • Handle CPF, salary preparation, and staff expense claims
  • Maintain proper bookkeeping and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
  • Support management in budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
  • Business Development Projects with the management team
  • Local/Overseas Food Exhibitions Participation
Requirements
  • ITE Nitec Equivalent and above, specialising in Accounting.
  • No experience required. Training will be provided.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Excel is a plus
  • Knowledge of Singapore GST, CPF, and corporate tax procedures
  • Independent, detail‑oriented, and able to meet deadlines
  • Singaporean / PR only
  • 5.5 days a week
