A growing healthcare-focused organisation with strong regional backing is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead its Singapore finance function. This is a key role within a lean but impactful finance team, supporting a business with approximately S$50M in scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-spectrum accounting operations including AP, AR, and General Ledger
• Manage and develop a small team of accounting professionals
• Own month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and balance sheet integrity
• Partner closely with senior leadership to support business performance and decision-making
• Drive process improvements and participate in finance transformation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls
• Act as the key finance point-of-contact for audits and external advisors

Ideal Background

• Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Big 4–trained candidates with subsequent commercial experience highly regarded
• Proven experience managing teams in a hands-on accounting environment
• Exposure to finance transformation, system improvements, or process optimisation
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving organisation
