Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

  • Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients individually or supported by assistants;
  • Handle Month end closing for a portfolio of companies;
  • Review of monthly management accounts and reporting packages;
  • Handle / supervise a team of junior accountants / executives to handle day to day outsourced finance function, including AR, AP processing and payroll;
  • Consolidation of simple to complex group accounts;
  • Compilation of financial statements;
  • Assist in providing financial management services;
  • Solve complex accounting issues from time to time;
  • Advising clients on matters relating to finance operation, accounting system, accounting treatment and reporting when necessary;
  • Participate in automation project / opportunity to lead automation project for those with relevant experience; and
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 year’s relevant working experience
  • Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or their equivalent;
  • Have clear thinking, committed, meticulous, good time management, resourceful, proactive, able to work independently, effective verbal and written communication skill, honest and able to run with the ball;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; and
  • Those with IT background / experience especially in modern automation tools are highly desired.
