A growing manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a reliable and experienced Accountant / Senior Accounts Executive. This role involves managing accounts, ensuring compliance with GST submissions, and supporting financial planning. Candidates should hold an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The position starts as a 3-month contract with the potential for extension or a permanent role based on performance. Knowledge of SFRS and statutory regulations is advantageous.

We are a growing manufacturing company seeking a reliable and experienced Accountant / Senior Accounts Executive to join our team, reporting to the CFO and GM (HR).
Accounting & Financial Management
Manage partial sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and handle full sets independently when required
Ensure timely GST submissions, monthly closing, and management reporting
Support budgeting, cash flow management, cost analysis, and financial planning
Assist with year-end closing, audits, and statutory reporting in compliance with SFRS
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow and payment schedules
Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports
Support inventory costing, fixed asset tracking, and job costing
General Support
Assist with administrative and compliance-related tasks as required
Support HR–Finance coordination, documentation, and regulatory submissions when needed
Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 consecutive years in the same company
Knowledge of SFRS and Singapore statutory regulations is an advantage
Strong proficiency in accounting systems, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office
Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations, work pass procedures, and WSH policies is advantageous
Willing to work one Saturday per month
Candidates with at least 2 years of supervisory experience and with HR background will be viewed favourably.
High-performing candidates may be offered an extended contract (6–12 months) or a permanent position, subject to performance and available opportunities.
