The company manages our primary investment vehicle, a Singapore investment company, with a focus on global multi-asset, private equity, and real estate. The office is small, and we need someone hands‑on and responsible for the job.

Role Description

This is a part‑time hybrid role for an Accountant (Family Office) based in Singapore with a 3-day workweek and a monthly salary of S$3,000. The role involves overseeing and managing the financial accounts of the family office entities. Duties include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, handling tax filings, processing payroll, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Accountant will also assist the CEO with financial planning, expense monitoring, and collaboration with external partners and service providers.

Qualifications
  • Strong accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with 13O and 13D.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, tax preparation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to analyze financial data accurately.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of financial planning and investment management is an advantage.
