Raintree Communications Pte Ltd is a dynamic company focused on digital operations and business management. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to handle financial records, ensure compliance, and support our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Recording & Reporting
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
  • Record daily transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial documents
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
2. Compliance & Audit Support
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore financial regulations
  • Assist with statutory submissions, GST filing, and corporate tax documentation
  • Support internal and external audits
3. Budgeting & Analysis
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts
  • Monitor company expenditures and identify discrepancies
  • Provide financial insights to support management decisions
4. Administrative Support
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
  • Coordinate with other departments on finance-related matters
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience (SME experience preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills in English
