Raintree Communications Pte Ltd is a dynamic company focused on digital operations and business management. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to handle financial records, ensure compliance, and support our finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Recording & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Record daily transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial documents
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
2. Compliance & Audit Support
- Ensure compliance with Singapore financial regulations
- Assist with statutory submissions, GST filing, and corporate tax documentation
- Support internal and external audits
3. Budgeting & Analysis
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor company expenditures and identify discrepancies
- Provide financial insights to support management decisions
4. Administrative Support
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Coordinate with other departments on finance-related matters
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience (SME experience preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English
