Job description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the daily operation of Accounts of the Company and Group Companies which involve recording of transactions, managing expenses, preparing financial reports, annual budgeting etc.
  • Prepare and submit monthly/yearly accounts to Head Office.
  • Arrange the documentation for audit process and liaise with external auditors on all audit‑related matters.
  • Liaise with tax agent and prepare the required documents for quarterly and yearly tax return.
  • Liaise with corporate secretary and arrange documents for annual return.
  • Verify, prepare and process monthly payroll for crew members.
  • Prepare crew contracts, termination forms, and maintain their documentation.
  • Liaise with yacht crew and agents regarding operational, HR and admin matters.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Qualified Accounting/Finance.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
  • Good level of proficiency in MS Office such as Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • Meticulous and attentive to detail.
  • Knowledge & usage of accounting systems.
  • Dynamic personality with ability to learn on the job
  • Proficient in English both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
