Job summary

A local System Integrator is seeking a seasoned professional in Singapore for a role focused on business development and solution selling. This position offers a hybrid working model with 3 days remote and 2 days in the office. Candidates should have 8 years of sales experience, strong knowledge of ICT and network security, and a proven track record in account management. A strong commission structure equivalent to 18–19 months' compensation will be offered, making this an attractive opportunity for driven individuals.

Our client is a startup 9-year-old today, a local System Integrator specializing in ICT solutions for mid to large enterprises in Singapore.

Founded by a dedicated team of industry veterans with decades of experience in the telecommunication sector, they bring a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for innovation. Location: Singapore Central
Mode of Working: Hybrid, 3 days remote, 2 days office ,5-day work week
Commission structure: Variable bonus, including commissions, is paid out annually, offering a comprehensive package equivalent to 18–19 months' compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial enterprise space.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Promote ICT, network security, and infrastructure solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Work closely with technical teams to provide the best solutions and proposals
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Have experience Handling large tenders (ranging from $3M to $5M) for public and private sector clients or strong with SMB accounts across all verticals.
  • Achieve sales targets and maximize earnings through an attractive commission scheme
  • Ideal for individuals who excel in autonomous roles and enjoy the dynamic nature of an SME environment.
Requirements
  • Have a Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
  • 8 years of experience in solution selling.
  • Strong hunting skillset is preferred
  • Strong understanding of ICT, network security, and infrastructure solutions from a system integrator background. Knowledge in HSM is a bonus.
  • Proven track record in account management and business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
