About the Role

St. Hua Private School is looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our growing team. You will play a key role in promoting our education programmes, engaging prospective students, and supporting the creation of new courses based on market demand. This role is suitable for someone early in their career who is energetic, people-oriented, and eager to grow in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in day-to-day office operations, including administrative and coordination duties, data entry, and record management.
  • Handle and respond to enquiries from clients through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.

· Promote and sell the school’s courses to prospective students and partners.

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on company-provided leads and provide course or service information as needed.
  • Maintain and regularly update the client information database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and related documents for clients.
  • Coordinate billing matters and ensure proper documentation of payments and transactions.
  • Support customer engagement activities, ensuring positive relationships with both new and existing clients.

· Support the design, development, and packaging of new courses.

  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the team, including other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing/sales campaigns, events, and outreach activities.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in any field; sales or education-related experience is a bonus.
  • At least 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
