We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead the delivery of a customer-first B2B content programme for a global Google Cloud Partner, supporting campaigns across the JAPAC region.
You will manage the full lifecycle of high-volume content, including written assets, social content, and events, while acting as a key client contact. Working closely with creative teams, freelancers, and client stakeholders, you will ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
This role also includes mentoring junior team members and supporting cross-regional collaboration to ensure all campaigns align with client strategy and objectives.
Manage always-on production of case studies, social media content, and other B2B marketing deliverables
Oversee the customer nomination pipeline in collaboration with client teams
Coordinate customer outreach and interviews for case studies and social assets
Liaise with internal creative teams and external freelancers
Coordinate with client stakeholders on website publishing and approvals
Support programme reporting, customer reference tracking, media monitoring, and database management
Support customer reference events, including on-ground production and capture where required
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Understand client business objectives, brand guidelines, and marketing strategies
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support client goals
Proactively identify and manage risks, escalating issues when appropriate
Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy
Support editorial workflows, including freelance writer management and interview scheduling
Coordinate campaign delivery from brief to completion
Manage multiple timelines, budgets, and resources concurrently
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Monitor progress and resolve issues efficiently
Embrace AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve quality and efficiency
Contribute to the creation of clear, engaging B2B content including case studies, social assets, and partner stories
Translate complex cloud and technology narratives into accessible, compelling messages
Ensure all written outputs are on-brand, strategically aligned, and quality-checked
Mentor junior team members and support team development
Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and curious team culture
Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within technology or cloud sectors
Experience working with or for cloud providers or technology brands (e.g. Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) is highly desirable
Strong client relationship management experience, including senior stakeholder engagement
Excellent project and programme management skills across multi-market campaigns
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with editorial and content quality-control experience
Ability to manage high-volume work in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail
Strategic mindset with commercial awareness and outcome-driven thinking
