Job description

1. Sales Order Processing
   • Check and confirm all incoming Sales Contract
   • To follow up with Sales Staff if there are discrepancies.
   • Generate sales invoices to customers
2. Credit control
   • Create new customers in system
   • Send monthly statements of accounts and invoices to customers
   • Follow up on outstanding AR balances
3. Month End Closing
   • Intercompany recharges and reconciliation
   • Update Revenue File and revenue reconciliation
   • Analyze monthly sales and profit margin
   • Assist with extraction of financial data for audits and regulatory reporting
