    As an Account Executive at Docsumo, a Document AI software company specializing in automating document processing, you will play a crucial role in the Sales team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Founders and Director of Sales, engaging in enterprise sales activities for a rapidly expanding global SaaS product.Your responsibilities will include managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and securing deals to negotiating agreements, closing sales, and handling referrals and upselling opportunities. You will be tasked with preparing and delivering presentations and demos to tech buyers in the USA, as well as conducting outbound sales activities such as phone calls, emails, campaigns, and scheduling demos. Additionally, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound inquiries, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and meeting or exceeding key sales metrics to drive revenue growth.Effective cross-functional communication with various teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Engineering, will be essential in providing feedback, sharing best practices, and contributing ideas for product enhancement. Furthermore, maintaining accurate customer information in the CRM system will enable proper reporting and analytics for informed decision-making.To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, including 2+ years in a closing role. Prior experience in selling workflow automation or process automation, coupled with strong communication skills and the ability to engage with C-level and D-level executives, will be advantageous.
