A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an Account Executive. The role requires managing accounts payables and receivables, ensuring compliance with GST returns, and handling audits. Candidates should have at least 1 year of full set accounting experience and a diploma in Accounts. This full-time position offers a salary up to $3,500, with 14 annual leave days and opportunities for career progression.
Basic Salary up to $3,500 with yearly increment based on performance.
5 days work week (Monday to Friday | 9am - 6pm)

This is a full time role for an Accountant located in Orchard. Our clients are in the management consultancy services industry.
Accounts Payable functions include verifying supplier’s invoices, initiating payments, data entry and maintenance & reconciliation of creditors’ ledger.
Accounts Receivables function include AR aging, prepare AR reports & monitor cash balance.
Handle petty cash claims and reimbursement.
Monthly bank and accounts reconciliation.
Handling staff claims.
GST returns and ensure all transactions comply with IRAS’s regulations.
Liaise with auditors and preparing audit schedules.
Undertake instructions from Directors and Managers for the transactions & assignments given.
Manage full sets of accounts and ensure timely & accurate month end closing.
Other ad-hoc duties that being assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Minimum 1 year working experience handle full set account in Singapore
Minimum diploma in Accounts
