Job summary

A multinational corporation in Singapore is seeking a finance professional to manage the accounts of subsidiaries and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role requires a degree in Accounting or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamic Navision, is advantageous. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to thrive in a team environment. Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (CA, CPA, or ACCA).
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience working with ERP system is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for subsidiaries’ accounts and month-end closing process.
• Prepare and manage financial transactions and general ledgers.
• Assist with financial, tax and audit matters.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for subsidiaries’ accounts and month-end closing process to ensure timely submission of financial reports
• Prepare and manage financial transactions, general ledgers, and intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy
• Ensure timely record of accounting transactions and management reporting and balance sheet schedules
• Assist with financial, tax and audit matters
• Prepare Quarterly GST reports
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience working with ERP system, and familiar with Microsoft Dynamic Navision System is an advantage
