Job summary

The ideal candidate will possess a Higher Nitec in Accounting and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Perform confidential administrative duties to the Chairman.
  • Provide basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions, preparing invoices, and reconciling petty cash and bank statements.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for both digital and physical documents.
  • Type letters, memos, reports, and other documents as directed by the Chairman.
  • Keep track of the Chairman’s Kris Flyer points and redemption.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Prepare and organize meeting materials and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the Chairman’s overseas trips.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
  • Assist on other matters under the guidance of the Chairman.
Qualifications
  • Possess at least a Higher Nitec in Accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience as an administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
