Job Summary

You will process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time, maintain organized financial records, assist with bank reconciliations, and provide administrative support. You will also liaise with stakeholders to resolve queries and support the team with various projects.

Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions promptly and accurately to maintain financial accuracy
  • Maintain and organize financial records to ensure documentation is complete and accessible
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and perform other accounting tasks as needed to support financial operations
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and general office duties to ensure smooth office functioning
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members and work independently to meet deadlines and support ad-hoc projects
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Experience of at least 2 years in accounts or administrative roles, preferably within the shipping or logistics industry
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Xero to manage financial data effectively
