Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Field Support Executive to lead the setup of new centres and manage operational logistics. The role involves business development, training of franchisees, and providing on-site support during the launch of new centres. Ideal candidates should have a diploma or degree in a relevant field, with experience in education or operations preferred. This position requires field-based work and flexibility to accommodate weekend support.

Field Support Executive

Location: Somerset
Working Days: 5-day (including Sat & Sun)
Working Timing: Start work at 10AM ; Weekday end at 6PM/630PM/7PM ; Saturday end at 5PM & Sun End at 430PM
Salary : $3500 - $4300

Job Description
  • Lead the setting up of new centres, overseeing all aspects of operational planning, logistics, and staffing to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
  • To support develop SOP for setting up new centre with the goal of using these guidelines for future franchise training and expansion.
  • Reaching out / Business develop to potential franchisee.
  • Provide on-site support during centre opening and initial operations to ensure smooth rollout.
  • Support the implementation and daily running of centre programmes.
  • Conduct training and on-site guidance for franchisees and centre staff on programme delivery and operational procedures.
  • Carry out regular centre visits to check programme delivery, operational standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Support parent engagement, including programme explanation, enrolment support, and handling routine enquiries when needed.
  • Coordinate day-to-day matters between franchisees and HQ and submit basic visit or progress reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

  • Conduct on-site operational support and training activities for franchisees and engaging with parents. Willing to perform field-based work, including centre visits and weekend support.
