Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is looking for an Admin/Ops Executive to manage international shipments and oversee showroom operations. Key responsibilities include generating export labels, coordinating insurance, and handling customer interactions in a retail showroom environment. Ideal candidates have prior experience and basic computer skills. A competitive salary range of $2100-$2400, with working hours from Monday to Saturday, is offered.

  • Manage international shipments for high-value items.
  • Generate FedEx export labels and shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate shipping insurance and required permits.
  • Track shipments to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • Liaise with courier partners and internal teams.
  • Perform daily opening duties and general showroom housekeeping.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional showroom environment.
  • Assist clients with after-sales services and order collection.
  • Coordinate with sales and production teams.
  • Operate 3D printers to produce models for internal use.
  • Support general backend operational tasks.

Location: Far East Shopping Centre

Working days & time: Mon to Sat 9.30am to 8pm, Sun 9.30am to 7pm (6 days work week, off on weekday)

Salary: $2100-$2400

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage international shipments for high-value items
