Job summary

A Singapore-based recruitment agency is seeking a candidate for a Logistics/Supply Chain role, responsible for generating quotations, issuing purchase orders, and managing stock receiving and delivery. The ideal candidate will handle various tasks including stock count and monitoring levels. This position offers a competitive salary starting from $2,000 to $2,800, depending on experience. Training is provided, and the working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotation by liaising with sales team on orders.
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers and follow up on status.
• Receive stock and generate goods received notes.
• Arrange for goods delivery to customers.
• Pick, pack, and label products.
• Perform stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

• Generate Quotation: Liaising & coordinate with Sales team on sales order and enquiries
• Purchasing: Issue PO to suppliers, liaise with suppliers and follow up the order status
• Stock Receiving & generate Goods Received Notes (GRN)
• Issue D/O and arrange for goods delivery to customer
• Picking, packing and labeling of products
• Perform Stock Count
• Monitor Stock Level
• Ad-hoc job assigned by management
