Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a professional to assist with customer vehicle damage reporting, investigation of damages, and management of accident reports. The ideal candidate should be familiar with office productivity software and have experience in the field. A Class 3 or Class 2B license is advantageous. This position offers a salary range of $2500 - $2800 and operates on a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with office productivity software.
• Experience in enforcement or collection is a bonus.
• Class 3 or Class 2B (and above) license is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle damage reports via calls, emails, or onsite visits.
• Investigate damages, assess repair costs, and follow up with customers.
• Manage accident reports and follow-ups.
• Assist in vehicle recovery if required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Working days: 5. 5 days
• Working time: Mon to Fri 9am-6pm/10am -7pm, Sat 9am-1pm /10am -2pm (can choose)
• Salary range: $2500 - $2800
• Working location: Paya Lebar

Responsibilities

• Working with the customer on their vehicle damage report in the form of outbound calls, emails or onsite visits.
• Required to investigate damages found on our vehicles, assess the cost of repairs and follow up with the customers.
• Assisting and managing accident reports and follow-ups.
• Assisting with the recovery of vehicles if required.
• Required to assist with any other tasks assigned by supervisor
