Job summary

A recruitment advisory firm in Singapore seeks a Sales Coordinator to manage quotations, purchase orders, and customer interactions. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and relevant experience. Training will be provided. This position offers a salary range of $2,200 to $2,500.

Qualifications

  • Proficient with Microsoft (Office) 365.
  • Preferable experience with Autocount and/or Odoo System.
  • Relevant working experience and knowledge of ISO9001:2018 preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders.
  • Assist Sales Manager / Executives with PO and contracts administration.
  • Follow up with customers to document and comprehend requirements.
  • Source goods to meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with Logistics Supervisor for delivery.
  • Prepare and submit assigned reports.
  • Perform other duties as required by the department Manager.

Skills

Sales Coordinator
  • Work Location: Toh Guan Road (near IMM) - Jurong East
  • Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Salary Range: $2,200 to $2,500

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible to prepare the quotations, purchase orders, picking lists, invoices and delivery orders.
  • Assist the Sales Manager / Executives in the administration of PO and contracts, and to ensure that these requirements are fulfilled as per contractual requirement.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure that customer’s requirements are documented and fully comprehended.
  • Sourcing of goods to meet customer’s requirements.
  • Coordinate with Logistics Supervisor and Store to ensure goods are delivered to customers as per customer’s requirement.
  • Prepare and submit assigned reports.
  • Other Ad Hoc duties as and when require by department Manager.

Requirements:

  • With O-level & NITEC is preferable
  • Relevant working experience and ISO9001:2018 is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Office) 365
  • Preferrable experience with Autocount (and/or Odoo) System
  • Training provided
