Job summary

A leading recruitment advisory firm is seeking a Senior/Sales Executive to drive prospecting and lead generation efforts. The role requires developing relationships with clients, maintaining sales activities, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience. Candidates should have a diploma or above and 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the software industry. The location of this position is Singapore, and the salary is competitive between $4,000 and $5,500 monthly.

Position title: Senior/Sales Executive | Location: One Commonwealth | Working Days: 5 | Working hours: 9am-6pm | Salary: $4,000 - $5,500

Overview

Award-winning provider of globalERP solutions SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Oracle NetSuite & Sage 300. It also provides managed IT services.

Responsibilities

Prospecting, Lead Generation and Customer Engagement

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and online research.
  • Interact with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Consult with clients to understand their business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.

Sales Cycle Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in the sales system.

Product Knowledge

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and support in the meetings.

Reporting

  • Track sales progress, generate accurate forecasts, highlight performance progress, areas of improvement and provide regular reports to management.

Collaboration and Follow-up

  • Work closely with internal teams (like the Marketing and Business Units) to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and customers, providing post-sales support where necessary.
Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Marketing, Engineering, IT or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales.
  • Sales experience in software industry will be an advantage.
