• Position : 3D Designer/Drafter (Interior Fit Out) – Up to $4,500 Basic – Eunos
• Location : Eunos
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – 9.00AM to 6.00PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 Basic + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Perm

Responsibilities

• Produce interior fit-out CAD/Revit drawings
• Check and understand drawings and illustrations provided by Architects/Design consultants and work closely with Project Managers to provide shop drawing list and schedules
• Able to work independently and delivery works within given timeline
• Generate interior architectural and/or structural drawings for submissions
• Generate interior architectural shop drawings packages for client approval and construction
• Generate interior architectural as-build drawing
• Maintain proper records, updates of drawings and documentation to ensure easy retrieval
• Update and check drawings for accuracy as necessary
• Good knowledge and interest in carpentry and/or construction details to apply the knowledge in the preparation of detailed drawings
• Be involved in site survey and measurements to verify details as required
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in design or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product industrial design/commercial/interior/exhibition
• Proficient in 3D Studio Max, Vray Renderer, Sketch Up Pro, AutoCad, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Good knowledge and interested in carpentry
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
