Job summary

A recruiting company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Officer to provide essential support within the Group Compliance function. The role involves onboarding staff, managing office supplies, assisting with finance operations, and supporting the Head of Group Compliance with various administrative tasks. Candidates should have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a Diploma/Degree in any field, ideally with prior experience in financial institutions.

Qualifications

  • Prior admin/ops experience in Financial Institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office within Group Compliance.
  • Carry out onboarding/offboarding of staff and maintain office supplies.
  • Assist with invoice processing and payment monitoring.
  • Manage user requests and liaise with stakeholders on various matters.
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Group Compliance.

12 Months Contract

9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office within Group Compliance.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as onboarding/offboarding of staff, maintain office supplies, upkeep staff list, update centralised forms, maintain fixed asset listing, coordinate offsite archival requests, update internal SOP/user guides etc.
  • Assist with finance operational matters such as invoice processing and payment monitoring
  • Assist with annual/quarter/ad-hoc reviews within Group Compliance where required and provide administrative support for function wide meetings where necessary
  • Manage user requests as the first point of contact and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on administrative/IT/facilities matters to resolve issues timely
  • Provide covering administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Group Compliance which includes meeting coordination, printing of materials and meeting room booking
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
