Responsibilities

  • Prepare intra-co billing.
  • Prepare client aging report after month-end closing.
  • Prepare documents and submission of grant claims.
  • Prepare & submission of month-end closing journals.
  • Prepare receipt vouchers and update receipt register.
  • Prepare documentation for debit card account entry.
  • Check staff claims and track claiming records.
  • Tagging of new fixed assets and update fixed assets register.
  • Check and issue official receipts and remittance.
  • Assist with monthly closing duties on AP & AR function.
  • Other ad-hoc account duties assigned.

THKMC today serves more than 70,000 beneficiaries through more than 70 programmes across five Services, which include Disability, Early Intervention for Children, Family, Seniors' Community, and Therapy.

DESIGNATION: 1-year Contract Finance Executive

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and check of necessary documents for purchase requisition to be raised in the system
  • Track collections, data entry and may include banking
  • Prepare intra-co billing
  • Prepare client aging report after the month-end closing
  • Prepare documents and submission of grant claims for various programs
  • Prepare & submission of month-end closing journals
  • Prepare receipt vouchers matching amounts on the bank statement and update receipt register
  • Prepare necessary documentation for debit card account entry (reimbursement & etc.)
  • Check staff claims and tracking of claiming records
  • Tagging of new fixed assets and update of fixed assets register
  • Checking and Issuance of Official Receipts and Remittance (daily)
  • Assist assistant manager/senior executive with monthly closing duties on both AP & AR function
  • Other ad-hoc account duties assigned
