Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transaction Banking Business Analyst to accelerate our transaction banking development.

The role will be part of the Product Development team, either leading the Product design or supporting the Product Designer and ensuring the Transaction Banking Product are aligned with business goals and customer needs.

Business Analysis and Development

• Support to define the product requirements in terms of capabilities & maturity across APAC market
• Support to define the right Customer Journeys for that Product, front to back Process design Support to define the right Test scenarios, Customer Migration aspects of the Product
• Work closely with Business Architecture team to make design is standardized across all APAC market
• Work closely with IT delivery teams on a day to day basis to ensure the right outcomes
• Ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Backlog Management

• Groom, prioritize, and maintain multiple backlog’s (Product , Defect, BAU) Write clear and actionable User stories , Review user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure the backlog is visible, transparent, and understood by all team members.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as the liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, users, and stakeholders to refine the product.

Sprint Planning and Execution

• Participate in sprint ceremonies, planning meetings to define goals and priorities.
• Ensure the development team understands the requirements and priorities.
• Review completed work during sprint reviews.

Change Management & Decision Making

• Support to make decisions regarding product features, scope, and priorities.
• Balance technical constraints, business needs, and user requirements.
• Manage Change Requests via a well defined change management framework

Market and User Research

• Conduct market research and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor products.

Performance Monitoring

• Track product performance metrics and ensure the product meets quality standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.

Team Support

• Support the other members with various activities for the smooth operation.

Requirements

• Good understanding of the Business Domain (Cash management, Trade Finance, Lending , Treasury)
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of the industry or domain relevant to the product.
