Job description

Job scope:

Content Development & Channel Growth

• Plan, create, and publish a minimum of four content pieces weekly to sustain and expand engagement across alternate labour movement–based social media channels. Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy to drive reach and audience growth.

Podcast Logistics & Administration

• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and administrative briefings to support the development and launch of a potential labour movement podcast series. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of production requirements.

Community & Network Expansion

• Drive outreach initiatives and foster collaborations with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) to support the growth of the creator network. Contribute to achieving the strategic target of expanding the network to 100 creators by the end of H2 2026.
