Job summary
A leading retail company in Riyadh is seeking an HR Manager – Transformation to lead HR strategies that drive organizational change and enhance employee experience. Responsibilities include overseeing HR transformation initiatives, managing change programs, and driving adoption of HR digital tools. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of HR experience with a focus on transformation, strong understanding of the Saudi market, and excellent leadership skills. An MBA or HR certifications are preferred for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in the Saudi market and understanding of labor laws and Saudization.
- Proven expertise in HR digital transformation and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR transformation initiatives for efficiency and employee engagement.
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee change management programs during restructuring or new systems.
