As the Saudi Growth Manager / Country Business Lead, you will spearhead strategic initiatives to drive business growth and market expansion in Saudi Arabia. Your role will involve fostering key customer relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a high-performance team to achieve ambitious targets while aligning with the overall EAD strategy.

  • Define and implement the Saudi market strategy in alignment with EAD business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and new customer acquisition to drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee business development, sales, and operational activities to ensure compliance and profitability.
  • Establish and nurture senior-level relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Foster collaboration among stakeholders to achieve sustainable business success.
  • Drive continual improvement of processes to enhance market engagement capabilities.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in strategic leadership and business development within the energy or industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market and experience managing large-scale customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with a history of building high-performance teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
