Position Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives across multiple cities or provinces, building and developing high-impact teams, driving new business, and ensuring revenue targets are met. You'll blend strategic foresight with hands‑on operational leadership balancing market expansion with day‑to‑day customer relationship management.

What You will do (Responsibilities) :
  • Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies, targets, and KPI tracking
  • Lead and coach a team of Sales Account Managers to exceed sales goals by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities among contractors, wholesalers, and distributors
  • Educate clients and intermediaries about imported materials, market trends, lead times, and financing benefits
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including online, networking, and referrals.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to adjust tactics and strategies
  • Address and resolve complex client issues, fostering long‑term relationships
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of the sales team
  • Travel frequently across your region to meet clients and visit job sitesCollaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
Who You are (Qualifications) :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or relative years of working experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, in the construction materials industry or any related subsidiary industry.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership by consistently modeling the values, work ethic, and accountability
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce sales strategies and customer acquisition techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency or familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
