We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to shape Araamis’s strategic and emerging technology consulting teams and HUED’s design and innovation teams, each with their own distinct purpose yet sharing a commitment to positively transforming Saudi Arabia. You’ll guide workforce planning for both organizations—helping Araamis elevate businesses through strategic and digital transformation, and HUED bring joy via art, creativity, design, and innovation. From engaging MENA’s top talent to orchestrating robust hiring pipelines, you’ll ensure we continue to build high-performing teams that leave a meaningful impact on our clients and the Kingdom at large.

What You’ll Do?

1.Develop & Execute Holistic Workforce Planning

  • Align Talent Roadmaps: Collaborate with leaders of Araamis and HUED to forecast headcount needs.

  • Integrated Hiring Strategies: Tailor recruitment pipelines for both operational consultants and creative teams, ensuring the right skill sets at the right time.

  • Set Metrics & Goals: Track time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and retention, ensuring each organization’s growth is anchored by top-tier talent.

2. Secure High-Performing Talent for Lasting Impact

  • Champion Exceptional Hires: Identify consultants, designers, innovators who can drive transformations at Araamis and creative innovators for HUED’s joy-focused mission.

  • Proactive Sourcing: Engage local and regional networks to build a pipeline that aligns with Saudi’s evolving market demands.

3. Own the Full-Cycle Recruitment & Negotiation

  • End-to-End Management: From drafting role briefs to final offer discussions, maintain quality at every recruiting stage.

  • Consultative Approach: Partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements for all types of roles.

  • Competitive Packages: Utilize your negotiation skills to align top talent’s aspirations with business realities—without compromising on excellence.

4. Showcase Araamis & HUED as Employers of Choice

  • Distinct Employer Branding: Highlight Araamis’s track record in strategic and digital transformation and HUED’s pursuit of joy-driven design, each delivering meaningful outcomes.

  • Engage the Talent Market: Collaborate with marketing to create targeted talent campaigns that resonate with prospective consultants and creative professionals in Saudi Arabia.

  • Build Reputation: Position each entity’s brand authentically, ensuring candidates see how their work contributes to greater impact in the Kingdom.

5. Continuously Refine & Evolve Talent Acquisition

  • Build Data-Driven Strategy: Use applicant tracking and analytics to adapt hiring approaches, keeping pace with both strategic consulting and innovative design demands.

  • Develop Forward-Looking Solutions: Anticipate emerging skill gaps—whether advanced operational consultants or specialized creative roles—and address them proactively.

  • Optimize Processes: Implement best practices, from timely candidate feedback to thorough onboarding, ensuring new hires quickly integrate and thrive.


Who We’re Looking For?

  1. Bachelors Degree in an HR or related field.

  2. 4–5 Years of proven success in talent acquisition within consulting industry—preferably in Saudi Arabia or the MENA region.

  3. Workforce Planning Proficiency: Skilled at forecasting talent needs, managing recruitment pipelines, and aligning them with organizational goals.

  4. Bilingual Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English—essential for engaging diverse talent pools and communicating each brand’s value proposition.

  5. Market Insight: Deep knowledge of the consulting industry (strategy, technology and management consulting) plus design/innovation fields (UX, service design, branding, innovation, digital development)

  6. Negotiation & Relationship-Building: Track record of securing top performers in competitive markets—balancing candidate needs with business constraints.

  7. Analytical & Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Applicant Tracking platforms, metrics analysis, and data-driven improvements to optimize recruitment.

  8. Mission Alignment: Genuine passion for fostering organizational excellence (Araamis) and design and innovation (HUED), believing great talent is the key to delivering real impact.
